   So, so glad to have found this blog! I have been meandering all over the web for the past week trying to find good travel articles on Karachi, but – unsurprisingly – hadn’t found much, until now. I’ll be visiting from India in December after some 14 years, and I’m very excited. Hopefully, will come for one of these tours you organize – if my paranoid cousins let me. I hope they don’t still think that some dudes with Kalashnikovs will come speeding on a bike and take me away as soon as I step out of the house.

   I just read your column about Diwali in Karachi. Thank and good wishes from India. Writing by few like you, remain the only window for million in India to have glimpse of Life, that was once inseparable from Mumbai, Delhi.

     Our hearts — the hearts of ordinary people on both sides — are still together, despite the division.
     We can be two countries, but can still be one people.
     For what join us together — our common humanity — is stronger than what separates us.
